Strange functionality - Cap lock key?

A, Right, S front, D top, F isometric views. That is a bug in my opinion. Having the cap lock key on should not have any effect on any other key presses. I did download ViaCAD v14 1654. This is the latest greatest build. The mesh symmetry function still is not fixed.
