Im trying to make a part we have to bend 2 steps and one part is off the die when bending. I have via cad pro. I can only figure out how to bend the line thru the part.
and not just the part of the part i want to bend.

When you click on the bend icon you should get another little dialog box pop up. Bend around a centreline, and a few other thing. You want the one that is shaped like a right angle, not the one in the view that shows both sides bending
