I always feel bad about getting frustrated with ViaCad. For me as a hobbyist and being completely self taught. There is quite a bit to learn with this software. I have purchased quite a few programs, and use many free ones as well. But I can easily say. That ViaCad 12 pro powerpacked is very easily my favorite program of all time. I have the tips and tricks guide. The Viacad training guide, and with all the included manuals and tutorials. I read and watch tutorials everyday. When I draw up things and send then to Simplify 3d. Then to my 3d printer. It is so awesome. THANKS ViaCad.

I was the same way for me, it took me some effort to learn and get stuff done with FreeCad and Fusion, but in the other hand, wow ViaCad really surprise me!
I was able to figure out and get things done in ViaCad from day one, and for the price I have no complains and knowing it uses the same engine as SolidWorks makes me feel good about my decision to stick with ViaCad. It has its frustrating points like anything but I find myself much more productive in ViaCad.
