Hi I imported an floor plan trace image and I want to resize it. When I click on this in menu-design I get resizing by percentage........
How do I get the right percentage?
How do I count, till scale 1;1 or the scale your drawing is, in my case 1:100?

There are different ways.
Perhaps just highlight, tug on the yellow box on the gripper (Check the inspector gripper settings for uniform scaling)then type in 100 in the numerical box.
or there is a tutorial somewhere on it (sorry you need to dig it out,It might be on youtube, Resizing a drawing of a plane) , but in the attached image, the question mark takes you to tool sensitive help for the tool you are using.
