Hi,
i had a Windows Update some days ago. After that i was asked to fill in my registration key when starting VC10pro, but the software returns with the information, that there are too much installations. I tried to contact the support twice via support@encore.com, but still no answer.
Is there any Chance to set back this installation Counter. I think its a similar problem like this here: http://forums.punchcad.c...sts&t=6861#post25277

Its really annoying, that a software, for which i have paid a lot of money, does have such a nasty behaviour.

If someone of Punch is reading these lines, i would appreciate if he can make my VC10pro work like before.

Best Regards
Stefan

Hello Stefan

Ed is filling in for Todd and can be reached at ed.kautsch@encore.com

He will take care of your situation, I already gave him a heads up you are going to contact him.

Normally to get support, fill out a support ticket at https://punchsoftware.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new

and that will get you whoever is working that day or filling in for someone.

Tim
