Anyone else seeing this? Arrow Leader length in Version 11 doesn't stay as you set it. After a program restart it resorts back to 12.7 all the time, and sometime randomly throughout drafting.

The arrow leader value has no influence for me, either version 10 or version 11, its always the same.
The given value changes when the arrow and the text is selected and than manipulated with the gripper's scaling-tool (uncheck the Uniform Scaling Box).
But the values I cannot realise what it means.

Help-text:
Arrow Leader The distance for the arrow leader line. Used only when the arrows are placed
outside.

The leader line is always connected to the arrows and the tip of the arrow is closest to the guide lines, even when the value is changed manually.
