I see there were deals for new licenses of Viacad. Upgrades were excluded. As an owner of ViaCAD, I don't feel the love from PunchCAD/Encore. I would think some consideration would be given to current owners of their software.

Agreed.. Would love to see an offer on a discounted upgrade price to SharkPro 11.

There is already a $50 discount on the update, which lasts until 12th december.

Asking for two discounts seems to me to be a bit, err, greedy.

I don't see any special pricing on the upgrade. The price I see says nothing about there being a $50 discount on it? As far as I recall the upgrade price is what is has always been. So I'm not asking for 2 discounts, just one; the next argument should not be "well it is already lower than what you would pay for a new license." If the price online is the normal price of upgrades; my assertion is that during these events where new licenses get a break, those who have supported you in the past should get a discount as well.

Just be aware as well, I've found 3 tools missing from what version 11 and power pack add on is suppose to give us. I've asked support and waiting on an answer. Rib/lip feature missing, change scale missing and thread tool missing.
