Does support for this product exist and if so what is the email address?

Don't know where you are located. I know this should not be an excuse, but in the US it's a
holiday weekend. Might have to try again Monday. Try posting your problem on the forum.

A week has passed and no reply from Tim.

I still have no clue what the support email is???

I have a new computer and it wont reinstall. There is an activation issue... so not something that is resolved here.

I'm starting to think this product is EOL. If anyone can tell me the support email, it would be appreciated.

Hi,
I am very happy to publish here my thanks to Mr Todd Quinlan. After buying a new computer, I had a problem installing the previously purchased ViaCADPro10 software. Mr. Todd, whom I turned to, helped me immediately, so now everything is fine again.
