When using the special Command Alt + Right Mouse during drawing a line, and setup a new rotating center with Alt + Right Mouse + Ctrl, the Dynamic Rotate is then available when just the right Mouse Button pressed. and all Keyboard shortcuts are blocked until Ctrl pressed again.
