Hi all, just been dragging and dropping some obj files into Shark, and noticed it was getting a little excited! checked the size, and wooooa hang on a minute, they are HUGE!

I don't think obj files contain units in the file definition at all, so drag an drop would not know what to size them as? Other than prompt the user.

Yup. OBJ, STL, 3DS, some old DWG/DXF formats do not have units and will drag/drop using the current file unit settings.


File : Import has a user interface that lets you specify the unit of the incoming file.
