As part of my testing for the latest service pack, I took a 3D printable wrench file from thingiverse and added some branding.

I printed an eight inch version of the wrench using Shapeways for about $29 using white flexible plastic.

Below is a video of the steps used to derive the branded 3D printable wrench.

This was fun exercise with ViaCAD and 3D printing of an assembly of moving parts. The moving pieces are tight. It took a bit of vaseline and lots of prying to get the screw to move smoothly.

I now have the wrench beside my desk and use as my version of a "fidget spinner" :)
