Hi,

I'm new to PunchCAD! and downloaded the trial of ViaCADPro for Mac.
I have searched the Help menu for "history tree" and similar wording, but can not find the object history window.
Is there a window that shows the build history of an object or model in ViaCADPro?

If I make an object in ViaCADPro and then need to modify the size of the original shape, can I "roll back", modify the shape, then roll the features forward to rebuild the object to the new dimensions? (I have a little experience with Solidworks, and this is possible with the history tree.)

Example: I make a rectangle 2" x 4.25" inches. I radius the corners, extrude the shape up 0.25", add a boss, and a couple counter sunk holes, and fillet the edges.
Now I 3D print the part and find the overall dimension of the base rectangle is 0.25 to wide, but everything else is good.
Can I "roll back" and change the original shape to 2" x 4" and then roll forward and have the rest of the part "rebuilt", or do I need to start a new file and re-create the object from scratch?
-with this simple example it would only take a couple minutes to re-create the object, but if it was a more complex object it would become a hassle to create an entirely new model for a minimal change.

Thank you!

Hi,

The roots of the "history tree" are in the "concept explorer".
"Entities" is timber.

We can roll back many things, when the the design is done in a clean way...
