3D mode does not work correctly with DIM/TEXT tools - DIM/TEXT tools DO NOT WORK in 3D mode!

Please fix this error. ALL, but 2 tools, do not work correctly or at all in 3D mode in my ViaCAD Pro v10 program. Today is August, 18th, 2017.
The 2 tools that do work correctly in 3D mode that are dimension and text tools are: Horizontal Text and Length Dimension (along a curve). NOTE: ALL dimension and text tools DO WORK in 2D mode correctly however.
Please fix this via future patches beyond 1341 for ViaCAD Pro version 10.

When you set a 3 Pts Work Plane this both tools works good in 3D. But i also will be happy if this fixed (made full 3D) sometimes.

You need to have the correct plane selected to place the dimensions / text on.
