Using Viacad 2d/3d v.9, importing a dxf file with several layers, the file opens up with all the data on one layer in Concept Explorer labeled "...model". Inspecting individual selections shows them as on their original layers in the Inspector dialog box, but I cannot control their visibility or anything else by those original layers. The user manual suggests that I should be able to create those layers when importing, but the only options available are include paperspace layouts, explode blocks and preserve empty layers. What am I missing?

Hello mu gong

In concept explorer you can turn each layer on/off. There should be sub layers under ...model. From the original import of dxf. Make the concept explorer wider and look for the plus sign beside the name.
Can you post a screen shot of concept explorer?
