When I get my models done I do not get the effects I want in rendering for promotional / sales use. Are there people who willing to just render a viacad model affordably?

I believe there are add-ons for ViaCad for rendering.
Sketchup also has add-ons for rendering.

You could export as Dwg or Dfx, or 3D Max and then import into Sketchup.
I'm not sure what your options are in ViaCad.

As far as learning the software, just keep using it, best way
to learn.
There are always different ways to achieve the same model.
Learn from your mistakes.
Plus, where else can you post a problem on Superbowl Weekend and
have someone who will respond.
This Forum, with Tim's guidance and help is great.
