Is anyone here using any sort of time tracking (task tracker, etc.) software with Shark (in a Mac)?

I'd like to be able to track tasks automatically, if possible. Like, open doc A.sfx and work on it, then open docB.sfx and work on it, and the software would keep track of the actual time spent on each document separately?

Any suggestions would be appreciated. I often lose track of what I work on time-wise in my normal logging. (hard to bill accurately when that happens)

thank you.
