Upgraded from 8 to to V9.02 (Build 1143), with network on startup time is minutes, without network on startup time is seconds.
From time to time Shark V9 is losing the activation too...
From time to time Shark FX v9 is not starting at all with network on...or when I call "about Shark" I get a spinning ball....#
Shark Fx V8 is running fine.
Is there any fix?

The registration code should be the same between 8 and 9. I'll double check.

I would recommend you contact Encore tech support. I'll also forward this over to them.
