Adding fillet to ellipse pic01/pic02 leaves gap pic03

This one should have been fixed in the 834 build.

Tim,

Do you have anyone checking these builds:mad:. Users can report these things but we expect them to be fixed if you say they are ??. Im sure I have reported this one myself....like months ago!

Not sure if this is the same, the correction was in a different location. This was a small gap 0.00005 that was getting introduced.

I suppose at least it demonstrates how "precision" the acis engine/ kernel is! :p
