draw view fail

- draw 2 overlapping cubes

- paste them into a "draw view" .. no problem - you get a drawing of the 2 cubes !

- subtract one cube from the other

- regen draw view

- that's not right !

For more serious problems with draw views .. please read the following thread

http://forum.punchcad.com/showthread.php?t=140

1 - cant select a draw view properly (in an existing, not new file)

2 - cant paste into a draw view (related to selecting it properly)

3 - draw views are represented wrongly in feature tree & object edit box if selected 'correctly' .. but file if selected 'incorrectly'

4 - suddenly cant select anything .. mystery why that happens

5 - draw views often dont represent the data properly when changes happen & regen is invoked

Another draw view fail

- draw a cube & copy it

- make a draw view

- paste your cube into the draw view

- now use solid trim to make a circular hole in your block

- regen view

- you now have a drawing of a single straight line

These issues have been logged Jol and this issue seems to happen with any 3d object when you modify it.

We will be working with the developers to solve this.
