Is there a fast(er) way to move layers up/down instead of moving them in one-layer increments?

I put every part on it's own layer and sometimes there are 40+ so when adding a new layer and needing to place it way at the top, the new layer takes a while to get there due to having to rt-click and select the "move up" command.

Am I missing something that's plainly visible? Thanks!
