I did a Model to sheet command with the "Best Fit" option selected.

Originally I selected "E" size paper, and the views came out real small spaced in the paper. So I redid with "D" size paper selected, and again the part views are still way small, actually the parts are smaller in relation to the D size than they are on the E size.

I did a "zoom all" on the model to try to see if I had some extraneous little mark that the software was including in the views, but the model zoomed nice and big on the screen with nothing extraneous visible.

Is there a way to change the size of the views in relation to the paper in the sheet view? Should I redo "model to sheet" with different options selected?

The model is fairly complicated, and it takes several hours for the model to sheet to execute, actually the program hangs or crashes more than half the time, so I'd like to figure out what I am doing as trial and error are taking too long.

I am usings Viacad 3d.

I think I found out how to fix using "scale" under properties...

Sorry for the wasted bandwidth

Hi jtfx

How complicated is the model? Is it lots of parts? Its takes hours to draw model to sheet?

The .vc3 file of the model is 43MB.

After model to sheet, the saved .vc3 file is 16.8 MB???? I'm not sure how that could be as the later appears to have all the information of the former, plus the sheet?
