These are pretty old but still work with ViaCAD & Shark.

Also Shapeways made a [URL="http://www.shapeways.com/tutorials/viacad"]Reference to ViaCAD[/URL] (if you want Rapid Prototype Parts ...)

What OS you are on ?
What Browser do you use ?

I was able to download the videos on Windows with Firefox as Browser
after installing the Add-On "Video Downloadhelper".

Thanks, shortly after I posted, I started searching and found a Chrome plug in, and was able to download them!

Its great to have these on the laptop now for quick references!
