After seeing the video of blending two spheres using the blend command, I took with excitement to using it between the radial faces of two cylinders for trying out other methods for drafting one project.

After several attempts, I cannot blend the two cylinders and I'm asking the fans here whether there's a limitation on the blend tool.

You figure that if the blend tool can blend between spheres, the tool should be able to blend between cylinders. I know that It can blend the radial wall with a flat wall of a box.

It only seems to work if the cylinders are in contact with each other.

Martin.

I overlapped them and got one side to blend.

Unfortunately, this beats the purpose as my cylinders have to be spaced away and not touch or overlap.

I could have just joined the cylinders and blend each oppose edge rather than use faces.
