Those of you who use Macs and have not upgraded to Leopard can I suggest you do. This is for one simple reason, ichat screen sharing. Nick Johnson and I did a little experiment to see if we could control CU via this facility and we could. I was also able to share my screen with him and point out a scaling issue on CU which caused the drawing assistant to stop working ie at large scale view I could not select anything. It allowed Nick to see something he could not easily reproduce on his Mac and pass it onto Tim and the team.

This is a great addition to support and I heartily recommend it to everyone.
