Forgive me if this is a stupid question,

Can VIACAD do electrical schematic? I've used ORCAD Capture V7 for years and it's print to PDF and export features are weak.

Can I create and import .DSN files or parts from my schematics with VIACAD?

Thanks for any help or suggestions.

Hi Raymond.

I'd say no. I do know that there are files that will support schematics somewhere in there- but I don't think that VC really is the software to do it. :confused:

Is there some other way of converting these files to dxf? I could then recommend Ribbonsoft's QCad (QCad also translates very well into VC/ Shark as well :) )

I hope that helps somewhat.
