Hi. I'm having an odd crashing/loading issue with ViaCad 2D/3D. If I have one file open, and I go to open a second file in the same window, sometimes the program will crash. Sometimes it happens when I go to open the first file. At first, I thought that maybe it was the file that was either too large or corrupted, but the problem only happens sometimes, and happens with multiple files of different sizes. I've tried both opening the file through the program, and through the folder on my computer, and both have the same results. Sometimes, it'll happen with a file that I had just had opened.

Is this an issue with the files, with the program, or with my computer? Is it because I'm using .vc2 instead of .vc3? Is it because I keep switching to 2D mode?

I have ViaCad 2D/3D V12 on a Windows 10 computer.

Does anyone else experience this?

Thanks,
Christine
