Is ViaCAD 2D3D capable of easily changing the dimensions of the polygon (window) on the attached file? Changing a diameter seems straight forward with the hole wizard-like feature, but trying to change the dimensions of linear features/ polygons has me stumped. Any tips would be appreciated! Thank you!

Hi, if you've made them with rectangles when you select them you should be able to edit the size in the tip bar or the inspector toolbar.
If not you can redraw the shape, go to the concept explorer and select the polygon shape right click and select replace curve. Then select new curves. This should now use the new curves to update the bit you're trying to mod.

You should also be able to use the select deep tool. Select the faces you want to move by dragging a window across them. Then in the inspector turn on the gripper on the gripper menu. Grab the direction arrow on your screen a drag the direction you want the faces to move. After dragging the faces you can type a precise measurement at the top numerical boxes.

Or...Use the move faces tool.

Thank you for that tip. That gripper saved me. Viacad and Simplify 3d is an amazing combo.
