These videos are not step by step tutorials. Sometimes I capture any modeling or design solutions. It's more for myself. :)
Timelapse videos are very popular. This allows you to quickly find the necessary information. I watch myself accelerated workflows often and with pleasure.
There are several ways to watch timelapse video in more detail.
1. You can change the playback speed in the video settings.
2. Youtube allow to download videos for off-line use.

I am a follower. I enjoy the fast pace. It is more indicative of how fast a competent user can expect to work. There are many resources out there for learning. I really enjoy watching and learning the workflow techniques of other users, Its a great way to learn once you get the basics.

Exactly.
Before modeling complex objects, I watch the work of other designers. Soft is not important. Just for workflow planning.
