I see that the new build (737) for ViaCad is available now from the "Check Current Version" page. Is this a straightforward update, or are there things to be wary of, such as making genuine installations become beta versions, or that require new authorisation codes to be obtained, or anything else for the less computer savvy people to be careful of? Can I download and install the update with confidence that I will not have to call on everyone for help?

We suggest you remove the Beta version and then the download and install will be straight forward. You will not need a new Authorization Code.

Thankyou very much for the confidence boost, Todd. In fact I never loaded the beta, because I didn't think I could contribute anything. So now I will look forward to build 737, and new skills!

I've added a post with some of the changes. This is a significant service pack as it bring the product up from build 710 to 738. In addition to corrections, it includes a major ACIS update for the modeling kernel and some new features.
