This would be a welcome addition.

Currently the only way to add another object to a view is to copy and paste it into that view, unfortunately if you have multiple views you need to copy and paste into each of them.

Removing an item from a view is somewhat more difficult as if you just delete the object you get a links removed warning message and object is left in each viewport, the only workaround for this is to duplicate the object you want to remove and then boolean subtract it from itself and update all draw views.

Good idea. Today, I added a right click option to allow removing a solid from a draw view.
