Hello,

since today, sharkCad 16 ( Built 16.0.26 ) on MacosX Tahoe 26.0.1 will not start anymore.
I saw a window, asked, if I want to reactivate this "ia tool" . I said "no"abecause I don't like abo apps.
Everything iwas gone, no chance to start sharkCad
I restarted the Computer three times. No help.
I also copied the App from the download file. Same thing: Nothing
To reactivet Shark Cad 15 isn't working also. it shows the registration dialog and after my input it disapears
What can I do?

Punch repared it very fast
And fast answer ! Many, many thanks to them!

Great to hear you got a quick answer from them!

Could it be that the exact same thing happened in my case, and they finally realized they actually had issues on their validation servers?

Unfortunately, in my case, the response I got from support was not as helpful as yours—quite the opposite.

Please check the other thread here and let us know if it could be the same issue. This will help us as customers (and hopefully prompt administrators) to handle and resolve these problems much faster:
