When I saved this file, there were no extra parts, the yellow angles, they are from
another file.
The next time I opened the file, the yellow angles were there, the original file
that had the angles, only had 4 of them.
Has this happened to anyone else?

Its the same when I open it in VC10

Perhaps you had hidden the angles first, later Show All, than they come up.

when i had such a problem, it helped to activate "clear undo on save"

Yes, but ViaCad used to clear the undo when it did a backup save. Is this still the case?
