Are there any tools in VC 10 to match or join two curves at their tangent points?

Looking for a tool similar to the way Rhino 5 handles it. I don't use Rhino much but would be nice if VC had this feature.

Thank you.

Mainly splines. Using the arc tools i can easily match the tangency of one side but have trouble with the other. No matter how much I zoom in, you can always tell that its not continuous.

Try the join tool and see if that gives you the results you want.
