Hello everybody,
I would like to create a new draft template with my own description.
As of the user's manual, all the templates are in the Install folder.

1) Can you help me to locate the Install Folder please ? I can't find it ..

2) Are the templates special types files ? How do I create a new template?

Thank you in advance for your help,
Jean-Christophe

Hello

You would create a regular file how you want it and save then move that file to the directory. Are you on Mac or PC?

PC : C:\Program Files\Punch! Software\ViaCAD Pro 10-1355\Templates

2d folder
ModelToSheet folder

You probably want a copy of your template file in both folders.

Regards

Jason

Thank you Jason.
I am on Mac (El Capitan).
Unfortunately, I don't have the link you describe (PC)

Can you give me the path on a Mac ?

Thanks in advance !

Assuming it's the same as Shark ... It would be something like ..

Macintosh HD > Applications > ViaCAD > Contents > Resources > Templates

[You need to right click on your ViaCAD app in the Applications folder ... and 'Show Package Contents']
