Hi I purchased version 9 through steam and had issues, to many artifacts I was also using it under wine on my Linux box. Long short tried on my wifes win10 same issue. Asked for a refund and purchased a DVD for a local install it work better. I have tried to get a refund or a credit I have tired to get it work for lunch practice the port is blocked.

Is there anything that you can do I have two copies and only one works effectively.

Using a HP laptop with the A10 processor and 16GB of ram.

Likely a graphics driver issue. As Jason mentioned, contact tech support, they can help with this issue.
