Hi Tim,

How do I transfer Shark FX 9 license from a Macbook pro that ceased to function today to a new 2015 Macbook pro?
I think I can access the SSD's on the old Macbook Pro, in recovery mode they are visible but the startup process stalls at about 35% which means there is an diagnostic failure.

So, it is time to transfer/migrate the old to the new. Do I just install SharkFX v9 and then get the registration info from you, or tech support?

I noticed that Shark Pro is now available. I might just upgrade. Would that be the easiest method?

What information is needed to begin?

Thanks in advance!

Tem

Hi Tem

Install on the new machine and re-register the v9 product. If you don't have the FX V9 installer private email me for one.

If you have PowerPack Pro, be sure to purchase from EvoSoft and not Encore. PowerPack Pro is only available from EvoSoft.
