I had a fingerprint Error this morning when i started my ViaCAD asking for my activation code. So i entered the code i have but it did not work.


can someone please help. thanks

i have the same problem with fingerprint.
my viacad pro 9 do not launch. i'm unable to work with the software.

could you please publish the email address?
