All the SolidWorks interoperability looks very good, especially (if I read this right) the ability to read assembly files with components in multiple folders. If Punch / Tim decided to implement that, it would be worth the price of an upgrade. Being able to import and export to SolidWorks directly would make almost all the clients (but one who used ProE) that I have worked with in the last ten years VERY happy.
