Hi all,
i am trying to do with (still)simple viacad forms/models what i am used to do with organic modeling while working in modo. Its all about trying to create a certain mood in combination with a bit of weirdness, i guess;-).
well i hope you can enjoy this kind of work
thank you

Hi joev,

You got me there..i always forget the DOF...
or i do not forget but leave it somewhere during the rendertrip
..because i cant see to bring it to the right amount of DOF.

with this one i did not forget ..but left it behind
somewhere .. during the proces of rendering in maya.
again,...i always do someting wrong in this area...
to blurry...not blurry enough..not the right focus distance, f-stop number..etc..etc.

Well i had to do something about my dof-fing abilities. joev was right !
so i gave the renders of the penguin-buoys and the Mushrooms a Dof treatment. I always get a bit dizzy of Dofs...but i will have to live with them from now on. Thank you !

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
btw..i just did a little Maya lesson on DOF
and it is much simpeler then i thought..
wow..that problem is solved for me ...;-)

Images look great with the DoF, even just a touch really adds to the depth and focus of the images.
