I put this post here but it affects line editing as well.
It would be of GREAT help when endpoints of lines coud be asociative to other lines, edges, construction lines. This would avoid pulling on many points when changing the shape of a multi surface structure by using curves or lines.

Any chance we will see such stuff in the future?

Yes, it is something that would be implemented through a constraint manager, something we are very interested in.

I've discussed this before on the old forums.

I don't think this is necessarily a constraints function.

It would be nice to be able to "join" lines together and retain their endpoints as editable, repositionable vertices. The fillets and bevels could be "associatively" added to the line as features. In this way you would have an editable line, with fillets that would auto-update when you edited the shape of the line. This would be a tremendous help with the extrude along line tools.

Some kind of match point (to another point) would be really helpful for

eg: manipulating networks of curves
