When I draw a horizontal wall .. It gets automatically dimensioned

When I draw a vertical wall .. The dimension is not shown - but the arrows are

Anybody else seeing this ?

I cannot repeat on the mac either. If you can send the file that would be great. Is it possible that this a text font size issue?

it's very odd Tim .. if I start a new session and draw one vert wall and one horiz wall .. I see only one dim

will try to mess around with it further - must be a reason !
