When using two screens (Mac OS X), I drag the main window to the second (it™s larger).
However, the top of the window on the 2nd screen will not go higher than the Prompt/info window/pane at top of the main screen.
Any way to fix this?

Also worth mentioning that if a second, larger screen is used, when the screen is returned to the smaller screen (in my case my Macbook Pro), the window doesn't resize. Subsequently pressing command-F zoom extents to the size of the larger window, not the smaller.
