Every time I try and export my design as an image, whether a jpg or a bmp, the exported image shows up with all select lines visible. In other words, there are red select lines everywhere.

So far, the only way around it is to do a screen capture using Ctrl-Alt-Prnt Scrn.

Is this a bug with the program or is there a way to correct this issue?

If items are selected - then they'll show with red

You could 'show only' then deselect and then export jpg .. I think that will work !?

Here's a bug on the Mac

Save a .jpg on top of a file that already exists

my pre-existing file was called clbits.jpg

see 'getinfo' image and note difference between the icon preview at the top and the correct icon preview beneath

ie : it's not overwriting the file's preview icon .. as seen in the finder and in 'getinfo'

jol, when I do the export to .jpg, I make sure nothing is selected. This isn't an issue with any single file, either. This happens with all of them. Somehow during the process of exporting the image to .jpg it is selecting everything and that's how I'm getting the red lines.

Surely someone else has had this issue.

Sorry - I misunderstood

Just to be clear, I tested again - I do not get this issue

Hopefully someone else can help track it down .. I know Tim's made a few corrections to that very tool in build 830 and 831
