I notice that the Punch website has ViaCAD Pro available for purchase. I am a licensed user of both ViaCAD and Concepts3d - is there an upgrade path for me to get Pro?

OK, I've just about had enough. I've invested money in this software, and the level of professionalism and commitment to the userbase on display here is, frankly, pathetic. At this point, I guess the $500 I've spent on Concepts3d and the $100 for ViaCad is nothing more than a lesson in Caveat Emptor.

You are able to upgrade you Concepts 3D to ViaCAD Pro. The cost for this upgrade would be $149.00. If you are interested in doing so please email us at [email protected]

I do not believe we offer an upgrade from ViaCAD 2D/3D to Pro, however I will check on that for you.
