I been experiencing this issue lately, when launch shark is asking me for authorization code to activate it again, look at the picture below, I hide the serial and codes for obvious reasons.

This concerns me because it happens to me about a month ago, ( i did register again), it happen to me yesterday two times, i meant, i register, after a couple hours of work i must to reboot my computer and when launch Shark agains ask for registering, i try to use the same registration code from a couple hours early and wont'n work, so click register later cause i have a lot of work to do.

Some one else are experiencing this issue?, and, what is causing this?, I am afraid that the software becomes inoperative and I cant get the work done.

What should i do?

I've been having this problem on and off since I bought the program. I just re-register.. haven't found any other solution.. not sure if a file somewhere is getting corrupted or something every now and then...

might be a user rights problem writing the registration data to the system folder, loging in as admin should solve such an issue.

if the system hardware/operating system changes, a new registration generating a new auth. code is obviously required. This can be done normally 24/7 besides the registration server is down.

Yes they do have limited times. I tried installing my CD-version of Shark v5 this weekend on my new computer because v7 which was downloaded couldn't install without S/N and Reg Key.

It installed fine until I tried to register it. It said the maximum times of registration have been reached and that was the end of that.

I'm going to be talking to customer service today and see if they can't resolve the issue.
