I recently took advantage of Punch's/Encore's "great white for the price of chum" offer and bought the Shark FX v7 upgrade, providing the serial number for my older LT v5 in the process. I promptly downloaded the software via the provided URL. It is the 929 build.

It took a while to setup a new Intel based Mac to run it on. I'm now trying to register the upgrade but can't. I've entered the serial number and registration code from my previous LT v5. However, the "Register Now" button stays gray. Somehow, I think I was supposed to have been emailed a new number and code to use with the FX upgrade.

I did receive an Order Confirmation email that has a website download password, customer number, and order number - but nothing else.

New computer's specs: MacBookPro 2.66GHz C2D, OSX 10.6.3

license wise it's an upgrade, installation wise a full version.

thus you need a new, appropirate serno and regkey, the auth code is machine dependent and needs to be generated by registering your license via the Punch! online webpage by pressing the button accordingly.

That's what I was suspecting. So how was I supposed to receive them? The purchase/download process didn't offer up anything.

Logging in shows the purchase transaction but no extra information.
