I am using Viacad version 5. I have been sending files in 2d for custom burning and simple cnc maching i recently sent one in 3d and the machinist cannot open. I sent in dxf format. I recently tried in step i have not heard if that worked. Any ideas?

What version dxf did you export from ViaCAD?

What software is the machinist using to read your files

I exported in r12 , i think the machinist said he was opening with machine max?
Problem solved though i exported a step file
