How do I get rid of that blocky feeling?

Below is a picture of that blocky feeling... notice the lug nuts are little blocks...

After a while they finally look like lug nuts again...

How do I make that happen faster?

I'm running on a quad-core laptop with ATI Radeon HD 4650 graphics.

Hi Mike

View Shade options

Dynamic level of detail lower is more detail.

I generally set it to 1.0 or 1.5.

1.0 is the default for static detail so why set it lower than (finer) than you can display ?

Unfortunately, at least on a Mac the setting needs to be re-set ever time that you launch Shark as it is not saved with the file, and there does not appear to be any way to set it as a global preference. Either this is a bug, or an oversight.

On your PC your value stay like the default? Like you said not on the Mac.
