Hi,

I recently bought ViaCAD 16 2D/3D (not pro) to replace my old V9. Since yesterday, I have tools missing in V16.

This is how it was before (in V16):

Just the push-pull tool, nothing else.

There is also no menu entry (volume options) anymore.

So I opened a support ticket for which I didn't even get a receipt feedback, and cannot login or register with the support page since I'm either not authotized or my e-mail is already in use (of course it is, it's my customer account e-mail).

I found an old thread that they moved features from an older 2D/3D to a newer Pro, but would they do that in the same version?

Even worse, I can't go back to V9, since it does not open files saved with V16 and crashes when trying to import files which I have exported from V16 to V9 or older.

Any help on this from the community?
