Most of my files in v12 on Win 11 load ok-fast for me. Well, it takes ~2m 40s to load and be ready to use.

But, some of my files grew to over 250mb in saved state and use over 2.5 GB of RAM. These images are of the STATS a file (a naval ship I'm designing), not the design.

I know the app officially support, what, 900 layers? I have in this file THOUSANDS, and that's to deal with the crushing inability to reorg my layers.

(Layer sets has its place, but it isn't structural organizing and reorganizing. Yes, in a real design firm, clients would bail out on someone like me doing everything in one file.

But, since Windows doesn't have a feature that the old O/S2 Warp had, where renaming a file or folder or changing the network drive didn't break links (sure, it's a security nightmare if HR or CEOs tried to make sensitive files hard to find; IBM eventually unwound that feature), and since I occasionally reorg my file system, and inevitably broke XRef links.)
